    I hate cooking a Porterhouse. I hate how the filet always gets hotter than the strip. You did a good job here for a teak this thin.

    There’s still quite a bit of meat on the bone. I recommend using a smaller knife to get those pieces off

  17. You did great, I can almost taste that steak. Just my opinion here. I never seen anyone precut all the meat off the steak, the meat will cool downfast. Just cut it off while devouring it is my preference. The meat will stay warm and tasty.
