Estimated 10oz of tri tip. Subbed egg whites guessed 6 eggs worth. Hashbrowns. Second photo buttermilk biscuit, used about a tbs of jam on it. Pancakes I have about one (was a three stack) and used maybe 1/4-1/3cup of syrup. I estimated about 1450. Bonus point for macros
