At one time in Japan, it was prohibited to serve raw liver in restaurants. However, many restaurants will offer it to regular customers, with the words “Please cook it well.” The customer will be grateful, answer “Yes!”, and eat it raw. Of course, at their own risk.

Had raw heart, shark, liver, kidneys in taipei. Then raw horse and whale in japan. All fantastic
