This was less than 15 minutes of active cooking time plus 10 minutes of passive time. With the little bit of char on the marinated/rehydrated soy curls, it really did taste like chicken! And I love shelf-stable foods like this

30 g soy curls
~1 c stock or better than bouillon
1 c broccoli slaw (pre-bought)
1 c leftover rice
~1 tbsp sesame oil
~1-2 tbsp soy sauce
Black pepper
Hot sauce

Soak the soy curls in hot stock for 10 minutes. While that's going, blanch the broccoli slaw for 1 minute. Drain & pat dry. Fry the rice in the sesame oil. Remove from pan. Drain the soy curls, let cool, and squeeze out the extra liquid & pat dry. Fry the soy curls in sesame oil. Add back the rice and add the broccoli slaw. Stir fry. Remove from heat to add your soy sauce and stir while the pan is still hot. Serve. I added black pepper and hot sauce to mine, too

You could probably make this even faster if you used more than one pan, but I didn't want to do a whole bunch of clean up

It came out to about 480 calories & 18.7 g of protein and was incredibly filling. You could bulk it up even more by serving it hot over a bed of spinach, but I was very full with just this. I think it would have made excellent leftovers but I only made one portion since this was my first time making something like this
