Ingredients –

White sesame (til)- 50 g

Black sesame (til) – 25 g

Fennel (saunf) – 25 g

Flaxseed – 10 g

Ajwain – 1 tsp

Suaa – 1 tsp

Dhana dal 25 g

Colour full saunf – as per your taste

(optional).

Salt

Haldi

Lemon juice – 1/2 tbsp

Water – 4 tsp

Steps –

1.Prepare the mixture by mixing water and lemon juice.

2. Mix black and white sesame seeds + 1/2 tsp salt + 1/2 tsp turmeric + 2 tbsp water and lemon mixture.

3. Saunf + 1/4 tsp salt + 1/4 tsp haldi + 1 tbsp water and lemon mixture.

4. Flax seeds + 1/4 tsp salt + 1/4 tsp haldi+ 1tsp water and lemon mixture.

5.Mix ajwain and suaa + 1/4 tsp haldi + 1/4 tsp salt + 1 tsp water and lemon mixture.

6. Give rest for 20 minutes.

7. Roast – heavy bottom kadai and low flame.

8. Sift and add dhana dal.

9. Store in an air tight container.

10. Shelf time – 2 months.
