What the title says – how do you all manage to get enough fat throughout the day? I try to squeeze most of it in by breakfast but I usually struggle to get up to 50g even when prioritizing it

2 eggs, spinach& cheese patty, creme freiche, chili sauce, mustard, 6g peanut butter, coffee, onions and salad mix. Finished the whole bag of salad for some volume lol and had a little greek yoghurt as well.

Because the amount you’re using are so small…

Why 6g of peanut butter? Why not 16g (a tablespoon)? You can cook your eggs in olive oil or butter.

dark chocolate is another good source of fat. I usually have some with breakfast. Full fat yogurt instead of low fat.

I’m not sure what your fat goal is, but I average ~50gs per day, and like you, I don’t cook with oils. My two daily healthy fats are pesto spread on my breakfast sandwich and avocado with lunch and/or dinner. Beans are low in fat, but I eat them a few times a week. Gouda cheese isn’t considered a “healthy fat,” but it is considered a heart health food, and I eat it almost daily. Find something you like that is high in healthy fats and eat it daily so you know you’re getting some, even if you aren’t hitting the goal.

Try incorporating sources of fat into every meal/snack instead of trying to get it all in one meal.

Why are you prioritizing fat? Are you low carb? 34g carbs per meal isn’t really low carb
