First time making paella over an open flame. Usually I just use my kamado joe for smoking meats. This was such a fun cook and really showcased how versatile the kamado is. Open to feedback and suggestions

I’ve made this a number of times. I add roasted red peppers and peas at the end. Fantastic and actually easy to prepare
