I used the recipe that was posted here last week. She got an extra long first proof in the fridge yesterday and an overnight second proof. I love that the bottom has the crispy focaccia bottom and the rest is cinnamon sugar goodness.

  2. Anything you would change? I think I will be tweaking this recipe when I will repeat it. I feel like there is too much butter and my proofing time was a bit too long. I assumed butter works the same as oil in focaccia.

    I also feel like sugar in the cake is unnecessary, but that’s just my personal preference for less sweat stuff. I am so happy that somebody actually made my recipe 😀

    Stop calling it focaccia. It’s a cinnamon danish. It’s no longer focaccia once you contaminate it with cinnamon, sugar, etc.
