Looks like you raised a quality animal. You definitely honored it and your steaks look delicious 😋. There is nothing like the food you raise yourself. I’m sure after raising it for so long you had a connection and it received as peaceful an end as possible. The beef I buy is raised right on the property and sold in their little butcher shop. Humanely raised and humanely processed. Bet your steak dinner was delicious and special.
