It’s a poke bowl. The base is half kale mix with half hula rice. Two scoops of tuna, one scoop of salmon, corn, cucumbers, crab meat, seaweed salad, and light on the sauce.

    Main thing is the macros of rice and tuna, looks like maybe half cup of sticky rice about 100 cals and half cup of tuna about 200, and then assuming a spicy mayo maybe about quarter cup that is where it gets you could be 200 cals about for that. Plus the veg cucumber and kale etc maybe like 30 cals. So my rough estimate is 530. This is one of my favourite meals of all time, looks delicious! If wanting to be healthier I’d just skip the sauce 🙂
