2 tbsp pumpkin puree
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 scoop protein
1/2 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp pumpkin spice (cinnamon, nutmeg, ground cloves)

1/4 cup milk

blend everything together and cook on medium high 🙂
i topped with oikos mixed berry yogurt, blueberries, and a bit of monk fruit maple syrup
