Okay, but wth is that machine?!
Low carb / Keto friendly meal prep, all cooked tonight.
Dry rubbed Chicken thighs in the oven, broccoli & asparagus in the steamer, Mississippi pot roast in the French Oven, andouille sausage with Cajun cabbage and onions in the crock pot.

Looks great, the chicken looks the most filling while being the cheapest dish.
Recipes:
Mississippi pot roast:
6 lbs chuck roast, 2 ranch packets, 1 stick butter, 2 au jus packets, 12oz pepperoncini peppers with juice.
Chicken thighs with broccoli and cheese:
Chicken thighs seasoned generously with Cajun two step hot. Cooked for 50min @ 375° on a wire rack. Served with gently steamed broccoli and cheese. Designed to finish cooking in the microwave.
Andouille Sausage with Cabbage and Onions:
Followed a popular YouTube recipe and rough chopped a whole green cabbage, 2 onions. Cooked them with 2 types of andouille sausage from the store, with salt pepper and lots of garlic.
