  1. Lemon + Thyme 🍋🌿 is the best combo when you’re down with cold. Lemon is loaded with vitamin C and Thyme is a good natural remedy for coughing. Though, if usually I am down with phlegmy cough, I would just drink the soup and enjoy the veggies. My family seems to do better on vegetarian diet when we’re sick.

    LEMON THYME CHICKEN SOUP 🍋🐓

    2 pcs large chicken breast
    1 tbsp butter
    2 tbsp garlic olive oil (mine is from @traderjoes )
    1/2 pcs onion (chopped)
    2 cm sliced ginger
    5 cloves of garlic (minced)
    2 tsps dried thyme
    1 pcs carrot (chopped)
    1/2 pcs lemon (for the juice)
    1 pcs sweet potato
    1 pcs red potato
    2 pcs spring onions
    Salt, pepper and water
