Paccheri are usually served with seafood sauce

I think they’re usually made with a fish dish. But I’m American.

Classic pomodoro sauce , parmesan and basil 🙂

Had this in Sorrento-Amalfi Coast. They used some fresh seafood with a white wine lemon sauce. The sauce was not heavy at all but not particularly light either. Regardless, it was fantastic.

Seafood. Mussels, clams, shrimp, octopus. A bit of garlic, a chili pepper, a very small amount of tomato sauce. Good food.

with potatoes and mussels, the sauce is pretty easy and delicious

Creamy Italian sausage meat and saffron. Or you can pre cook them a little and stuff them with spinach / ricotta.

Lots of y’all are weird. This goes with seafood only

  9. Last time I ate them, the condiment was shrimps, fiori di zucca and, probably cream (panna) or ricotta.

  10. Just saw a recipe with a pork/beef/mushroom filling stuffed vertically and baked. Looked good to me but my wife balked at the idea of stuffing them.

I had some great ones with pistachio pesto and sausage
