    You should love it.
    Have fun getting used to it’s quirks and nuances.

    Definitely suggest the Weber rotisserie and basket. Expensive but worth the investment for the adding cooking features. Royal Oak Charcoal Pellets mixed with wood work great too.

    Good luck on your searwood xl. I’m curious if the left side is hotter than the right like mine.

    I did get the rotisserie and the griddle insert. Never used rotisserie before and really looking forward to experimenting with it. The griddle insert is pretty heavy. Any suggestions on how to slowly get my feet wet with this grill/smoker?
