Copenhagen Burger Tour

My wife and I ate 4 burgers in 4 hours for our last evening in Copenhagen. Here’s our ranking & review:

1. Gasoline Grill. Totally worth the hype. Great on every level. The pickles bring so much to the party. An all-timer – Fantastic burger. 9.1/10

2. Dandelion. Simple and delicious. I think their burger sauce slightly edges out Gasoline Grill on that single element.

3. Popl cheeseburger. The “noma burger” is definitely delicious but between disappointing composition and very stiff competition, comes in last in the cheeseburger category. Toppings were only in the very middle of the burger and not well distributed. Definitely yummy, but I’d go back to the other spots first.

Bonus: Popl veggie burger. Really great texture on the fried mushrooms but that’s about the only good thing I have to say about it. Not enough mushrooms and full of all hot wilted lettuce. Not impressed with this one.
