Cherry Cheesecake Pot Pies
* Use 4 (12 oz) ramekins

Ingredients:
1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling
1 box (9 oz) yellow cake mix, divided (we used Jiffy)
1 tub (8 oz) whipped cream cheese
2 tablespoons sugar
1 stick butter, thinly sliced

Directions:
1.) Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2.) Divide the pie filling evenly into the ramekins, reserving 2 tablespoons to use as decoration.
3.) Sprinkle half of the cake mix over the pie filling.
4.) Scoop and dot the cream cheese into each ramekin. There is no need to spread the cream cheese, it will soften and spread while baking.
5.) Sprinkle sugar on top of the cream cheese.
6.) Sprinkle the remaining cake mix and spread gently.
7.) Dot each ramekin with butter.
8.) Bake uncovered for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm or allow to cool and refrigerate and serve cold.
