Reverse seared filet in the oven to 122 then seared on stainless steel 60 seconds on both sides in avocado oil and butter basted for the last 60. Sides are homemade shoestring fries seasoned with salt and finished with chives and truffle creamed spinach. Blue cheese crust for the wife.

Not sure about the fries but I would give 10 out of 10 for the cook on that steak. Great job.
Steak looks great. Might reconsider the eucalyptus on the table tho. That smell might could make things taste off. Real strong. Nice cook.
What’s the cocktail ?
Fries are a little on the rare side for me. Steak is perfectly cooked.
How did you cut the fires so skinny?
Steak looks amazing, nice job! Fries look great as well, I love shoestring fries.. I also love thick steak fries so guess I like fries.
122 Celsius, presumably? And for how long?
Yep …. I could make that disappear and enjoy every bite
Looks great!
🤤
10/10 dish. What’s the drink btw?
I love shoestring fries. Especially when they’re super crispy.
😍
Looks Bonita
What fries?
How did you cut these fries, they’re lovely! Steak looks great as well
Damn that steak is perfection!
That spinach looks incredible
Just missing the Au Poivre sauce!
Homemade fries are definitely the way to go versus frozen. It’s good old fashioned ‘steak and frites’. I know shoestring is not the most popular for pairing, but I myself prefer them over traditional steak fries. The filet looks awesome.
