Anyone getting this when attempting to submit something in the Kamado Joe websites form for warranty registration or general customer service questions.
The error I get is “Invalid custentity_customer_location reference key 328.” I’m guessing they use some oracle service to maintain their services for customer service which is failing. Tried this on chrome (desktop/phone), and firefox which presented me with issues.

That’s the email they respond from after you submit the claim.
I also had issues with their website in the past and it worked for me only on ms edge.
This sounds like a problem with your device/isp. Not KJ.
