I’ve been a barista on and off for a couple years(working during breaks from school). I consider myself a fairly good barista. I can steam well and get latte art. However, I see videos online where people can get the crema to appear right away (once base is set). I just don’t get how that happens and any tips on what I can do to help? I’ve attached photos of what I’m able to do right now.
