This is my 5th time cooking a steak and I’m feeling proud of this one. Let me know if you have any tips or ways to improve!

Tried flipping the steak continuously for about 6 minutes in total using a stainless steel pan. This has worked best for me so far.

    Put a nice Sangiovese red with that and have at it. 🇮🇹🥂🍷

    I think reverse sear might be your next trial. You can get a really nice center with reverse sear, similar to what you have here.

    Maybe some rosemary butter, and a nice cold drink of your choice to refresh your tastebuds.
