Big Table Farm – Rose of Pinot Noir

I’ve been sitting on this bottle for months and finally cracked into it. The color is gorgeous and it only gets better from there. On the nose some floral aromas and a sweet mineralogy if that makes sense. On the palate – WOW! Candied strawberries and cherries pop with a salinity that offset the bright fruit. Juicy, mouthwatering acidity and great texture. I paired this with a cream based pasta dish with crispy chickpeas and spinach – there was some Aleppo pepper incorporated. The wine held its own and thrn some! I got this as part of the Wine Access Unfiltered Wine Club – wish I bought more before they sold out.
