I was short a banana, so I added an egg and a little applesauce. Whole wheat flour instead of oat, added chocolate chips, and the recipe needed more milk than it called for to get to a muffin batter consistency.

Lunch – Kraft plant based mac and cheese with peas, plus fruit/veg/hard boiled egg boxes.

    This looks yummy. I would totally devour this. I thought I was the only one who liked peas in my Mac. Omg!
