The brioche buns were getting soggy so I decided to switch to potato buns and they turned out exactly how I wanted them to. Smashed beef patties (with onions) with some burger seasoning, salt and pepper. Cheddar and Gouda cheese slices, homemade burger sauce, garlic aioli, caramelised onions
