My grill is less than a year old and I’m having issues with flame distribution. Are these burner tubes done for? Any reason why they’d erode so fast?

Holy shit! That’s less than one year old?
Looks worse than my 10 year old Weber
Did you drop it in the ocean?

Take a piece of steel wool and scrub it down a bit. Then make sure flame holes are clean.

Clean the orfices individually with piano wire or a guitar string. This will take time to do it right. Unless they are rusted thru they will work.

Get a circular wire brush drill attachment or just a regular wire brush with some elbow grease and go over the holes with that. They will be completely fine. My grandpa has had a grill cleaning business for 30 years and we’ve always used the drill attachment. Opens the holes right up. If you live in high humidity areas that’ll likely cause them to age quicker.

wire brush will fix that right up

Just looks like corrosion, but overall in decent shape provided you unblock the holes.
Get a brass brush and rub perpendicular to the burner.

Did you not use the flavorizer bars? You can call Weber and they can send in replacements since is just one year old.
