I’d like to cook it on high. I also have corn oil, salt pepper etc. not much more then that tho the liquid smoke is mesquite, pecan, and apple

    Because the BBQ sauce is sugary, I’d probably not use it in a slow cooker on high…the cleanup will be a sticky mess, plus there could be a bad flavor due to burnt sugar. Liquid smoke should always be used sparingly, so if you do choose to use that, use no more than a teaspoon. The pork will likely fall apart in the slow cooker, and will need only about 1/2 to 3/4 cups of water of liquid in with it, as it will release its own juices as well.

    Go buy dr pepper. Use that as your liquid for the pork with a bit of the liquid smoke. You have pulled pork. Eat with BBQ sauce.

  3. Put it in your slow cooker and turn the slow cooker on to the high setting.

    Savour that pecan liquid smoke. I’ve never even seen that at a store before.
