My starts are:
Clemson Spineless Okra
Florida Giant Watermelon
Honey Bear Acorn Squash (not sure of the heat resistance on this one)
Luffa
Cantaloupe
Islander F1 Bell Pepper
Lunchbox Orange OG Sweet Peppers
Also pictured are tomatoes I started on early February. Next year I plan to grow Florida friendly varieties like Ozark or Tropic and include them in my summer starts. I was also going to grow peanuts but recently found out my daughter is allergic. What is everyone else in the hot climates growing??

Im starting with stuff everyone wants/needs
Carrots, Radishes, yellow Onions, Green onions, Tomatoes, beans, peas, Kale, cabbage, bunch of lettuces, bell peppers, jalepenos, rosemary, thyme, sage, basil, oregano, etc.
I may try and find space to try a watermelon. That could be fun to watch grow
