First time trying out the sous vide. Is this ok? Two pork tenderloins, one in each bag. 150 for 3 hours. I just put it in.

    Try 135 next time, or change it now if it’s not been in more than a few minutes

  2. Don’t use freezer bags. They’ll most likely leech microplastics into your food once heated. Use proper plastic made for sous vide.
