I was even able to add cheese! Spaghetti squash saves me and is one of my favorite meals when I’m in the mood to just eat. Very easy to make if you’ve never done it:

  • preheat oven to 350F
  • Cut spaghetti squash in half the short way (hamburger style)
  • Scoop out seeds and guts
  • Place in baking pan face down so skin is on the outside and squash can sit flat
  • bake for an hour
  • use a fork to scoop out the stringy fibers that look just like spaghetti noodles!
