Spicy ham sandwich kit from Aldi. Kit contains spicy capicola, pepperoni, and provolone. The pepperoni is fairly fennel forward, so to speak (like a food snob). I believe it was Appleton Farms, but not certain. Dressed with mayo, basalmic vinegar, lettuce, tomato, and jalapeño. I'm in Texas, after all. Bread is very subpar; French loaf from Brookshires. Charles is completely on purpose.

Man. Nothing like a homemade Italian sub and Brooklyn 99

Gosh, that’s very nice. Good amount of filling, and the bread looks sooo much better than white sliced.
Nicely done, you and Aldi. Thank you.

Beautiful! I’ll have one for the appetizer and two more for the entree! 🙂

  4. It all looks delicious. The bread looks really great so I’m sorry it was disappointing.

Was it just meat and bread in the kit? Did you supply the veggies? I like Aldi and I like this concept.
