450 g Firm tofu, or about 2 blocks
3 tbsp Oil (divided)
2 cloves Garlic (minced)
1 – 2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Chilli Bean Sauce (Toban Djan)
2 Scallions (cut into large pieces, whites and greens separated)
3 Fresh red chiliesdou
½ tbsp Lee Kum Kee Selected Light Soy Sauce
½ tsp Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil
¼ tsp Ground white pepper
¼ tsp Sugar
1 tsp Cornstarch (dissolved in 2 tablespoons water)
