I know this has 9 million shu extract in it but I’m wondering if it’s actually 9 million. I’m thinking that there will be some dilution to it since it’s mixed into candy and you’re not meant to eat it, but rather have it sit in your mouth for 5 minutes. Basically just wondering how close to 9 million it is from someone experienced enough to know better

I did this one about 5yrs ago. It sucks. But it’s do-able. You’re going to salivate like crazy just an FYI. Lol at least I did.
There’s no practical difference between 1 million and 9 million Scoville.
It’s a very misleading scale because so few people understand how it works. It is very useful for comparing the average heat level between pepper varieties *when correlated to your personal experience.* That’s about it.
