So i saw this recipe on youtube and decided to try it out:
Preheat oven to 180° c
50 g COOKED I INSIST COOKED white rice, blend it with water
1 egg white, beat it
Fold rice and water mixture into the egg whites
Pipe it into wathever shape you like and bake for 15 min.

Verdict: i did what it called for but when i wanted to blend it it wouldnt and stayed liquidy, so i decided to add some guar gum to help bind the mixture, which i succeeded at last and added it to the egg whites, i baked it as called for, i suggest you turn down the temp after its done baking to like 50° c and keep it there for 10 min if you add guar gum like i did.
They turned out really good at last, crispy and airy like those puffed chips for babies.
