I went from 160 to 135 last year eating 1200 on sedentary days and 1500 on active days. Once I hit 135 I switched to strength training and stuck to a bulk program for 4 months & now it’s time to trim down a bit to see the muscle I’ve built!
Not pictured is 1/2 an extra slice of each pizza at the end! The pizza calories are just an estimate since it’s takeout, but I was craving it and certainly had calories leftover after a light day. I
My lunch really surprised me – all of that is tracked accurately and it was only 200 calories which is crazy. I did think shrimp had more protein per shrimp so that’s disappointing since a bag costs almost $20 here! The 7 shrimp is 1/4 of a bag ðŸ˜
I’m very excited to trim down because it feels so easy this time since I only have 5lbs to go instead of 25 like last time 🙂

Pizza is the bane of my existence! I love it but it’s usually so high in calories. I was having an inner freakout last week at a work event where they served pizza (of course) but I managed to find a normal-sized slice or tomato basil (not loaded up with cheese) and only ate one, for around 350 calories.
