Got a bag of dried chilies basically for free. The heat is good and they have a nice strong pepper aroma but I don't know what to do with them except for spicing up my cooking. Do you have any ideas?

Lightly toast, grind I to powder.
Rehydrate with hot water, drain, blend into a sauce with vinegar and spices.

eta: Birria as well as buldak chicken. Just need to toast/boil to reconstitute them. They’d add some awesome spice. My usual recipe is [https://www.seriouseats.com/korean-style-fire-chicken-buldak-with-cheese](https://www.seriouseats.com/korean-style-fire-chicken-buldak-with-cheese)
Salsa
Give it to me please 🥺
