300g ribeye reverse sear 200 degrees Fahrenheit oven until internal 112 degrees. Then 45 seconds fried on my griddle with ghee. Finished with three over-easy eggs and homemade chimichurri with Szechuan peppercorns!

replace the plate with a wooden cutting bored and we got a deal

  2. 3 eggs and a steak? Are you made of money or something??

I was really attracted to this picture. These steak looks wonderful but the eggs in particular really popped until that they were cooked in such a manner that it didn’t try out the lights but it did completely cook the area around the yolk. Extremely well done. Thank you.

I’ll try just about anything. But I can’t promise it’ll be my favorite

  5. Is this an optical illusion? The photo when it’s raw looks exponentially smaller than cut and plated

I made this in Monster Hunter Wilds last night.

The term “over easy” in reference to eggs means they were flipped over and cooked for a short amount of time on that side. Over medium would mean a little more cooked. These are sunny side up eggs, fam. Still looks great though.

Would I what? Eat that? Yes. Fuck that? Yes.

    Next question.

Would not. Please ask chef to cook everything a bit longer 🙂
