  3. There’s a taco restaurant nearby that has a hot sauce wall, many of which are local type stuff. Love that place

    I’m just impressed at how gunk-free those bottle tops are. Usually any kind of “shared” sauce ends up looking like “I’d rather eat this shit dry”.

    anyway, that’s awesome there’s a such a variety of sauces. i would’ve went for the tabasco sriracha immediately.

    i’ve always been too skeptical to buy a bottle and worried about wasting money if i didn’t like it. this is a great way to test drive a few sauces without the commitment
