I know little to nothing about baking breads, but me and my cousin are like. hyperfixated on the idea of the ball bread like seen above. Would it be hard to do? Is there a specific type of bread it should be? Would it be possible???

I think they put it in some kind of ball shape mold/pan. I don’t think it would be that hard to make the bread, the hard part would be getting such a unique pan
I wellem migros häsch den die gfunde?
Ich glaube, die Kugel wird in einer geschlossenen Form gebacken. Deshalb ist die Form so schön.
Where is this magical place ?
German Brötchen, baked in a special mold
Well they do say you shouldn’t neglect the balls.

It’s a clamshell pan, you can tell because it’s evenly brown but also not that deeply brown (steam cannot escape that well). It likely (looking at the upper right one) is split along the seam between the hexagons.
Marcel Paa has a video (in German). [https://youtu.be/Ra-r8z_bcMo?si=KA5TDXdgzgosy6-Q](https://youtu.be/Ra-r8z_bcMo?si=KA5TDXdgzgosy6-Q)
The bread in his video is not white, but you can use the same shaping procedure with another recipe.
If you search “soccer ball mold” you’ll see many options. If I was to try and attempt this I would verify the size needed and buy a couple molds.
Then you make the bread dough and add a round ball to one soccer ball mold and add another mold directly on top and add metal clips all around it to hold it in place.
Proof it for a bit (trial and error on the time needed) then bake in a hot oven. Remove and see if it worked.
It will take a few attempts to get the exact amount of dough needed for the specific mold. Like this says it’s 90g so they probably used around 150g or so per mold. (Guessing on the numbers here for illustration purposes only lol) 😂

It seems to be an Austrian company with a weirdly specific product. It looks like a regular German/Austrian breadroll/ Brötchen to me.
