Found a post on here recently all about the different ways you all top your rice cakes and I’ve been obsessed. Here’s my 260 calorie, 31g protein lunch. Filling, healthy, and most importantly, delicious.

Rice cakes + laughing cow cheese + turkey + cucumber and tomato.

    People talk down on rice cakes all the time. I think they’re delightful with the right toppings. I’ve started making low cal peanut butter from peanut butter powder, and jam from frozen strawberries with sweetener and chia seeds. PBJ rice cakes, low cal and tasty.

    The “everything” rice cakes are so good. My go-to lunch is 2 of those topped with a packet of flavored tuna along with a cup of instant miso soup. ~200 calories and surprisingly filling and leaves a bunch of calories for dinner and snacks.
