Tomato and basil pasta in a pizza dough/garlic bread bowl. I made the bowl by lightly oiling an upside down metal bowl, spreading pizza dough over it and baking. When it was half cooked, I brushed it with vegan garlic butter and popped it back in for a few minutes on a tray, the other way up.
