First ones are chocolate black cherry mousse tarts. I put cherry compote inside the dark chocolate mousse and placed it on top of chocolate sable filled with chocolate cake and black cherry sauce. The ones next to them are cakes made with leftover matcha joconde and strawberries.
Second one is matcha strawberry mousse. It's basically strawberry jelly and cremeux enclosed in matcha mousse and joconde.
The cookies are sable made out of chocolate almond and matcha.
Glad my team liked it.

At my work, I bring cake (still new to it and learning) and I let my coworkers try them! I bought a cake cookbook and have been baking different recipes from it. I stopped but I’m going to try again! Hehe
