Did you look at the company’s website? Companies like Nordic Naturals do rigorous testing to ensure you get exactly what is listed. These smaller companies may not do regular or rigorous testing. You have to check the website to verify.
I bought something from that company and got mailed about a class action settlement claiming there wasn’t actually the amount in the pills as the label said. I submitted my receipts but I never saw the money back from it. But yeah I don’t think I’ll buy them again lol

Naturelo recently settled a class action lawsuit because they were found liable for making false claims in their dosages.
I currently take Sapling Omega 3 (EPA & DHA) and have no issues. They are USA procured and processed and 3rd party tested. You can buy it on Amazon.

I personally recommend Nature’s Way Nutravege, Iwi (brand) and New Chapter vegan omega-3 complex.

I just started buying ZenWise vegan omega 3. Total 525mg of Omega 3 from 2 small softgels. I bought this one because it has DHA, EPA and DPA.
It’s on Amazon.
If anyone has opinions on it, I’d be happy hear.

Costco has a plant based omega 3. Cheapest one I’ve see
Just do 1 tablespoon of flaxseed and chia seeds. Skipped the highly processed pills!
Polipop395
I get algae oil from PRN. Not cheap but definitely works. I self-tested with the OmegaQuant kit before starting and again about 6 months later. Went from 5 to 10+.

I like the vegan algae omega from Nordic naturals but been taking the HEB brand vegan algae omega lately which is a lot less expensive.

Buy vegetology off their site. Probably the best brand imo

latest research made me stop taking omega supplements. I do whole algae and flax and chia instead. https://www.cnn.com/2024/05/22/health/fish-oil-supplement-dangers-study-wellness/index.html
