    The kicker here is he loves lime flavor, and I put a fairly good amount of lime zest in it. I made extra cupcakes because I had so much batter left over, me and the kids just tried them, and it tasted like a mix between a cheesecake and a key lime pie!! He’s actually going to love it 😀

    My brain went… how the fuck did they create that??? Then I realized… creating a cucumber lime cheese chocolate strawberry layered cake with cream and custard – Is a hair beyond our baking expertise…. Unless….

    I’m the opposite of your husband, I love cucumbers. I eat a few every week for a snack – just peel it and then eat. I actually think I would like a cucumber flavored cheesecake as well – I think the flavor would work well. Maybe with some lime like you put in this one.
