I reverse seared it using my oven and then cast iron skillet for the sear. Delicious is an understatement guys, I’m definitely doing this again!

You might need to sharpen your knife. And that cutting board is crazy. If you’re actually cutting anything on it and it is some kind of stone, it is probably why your knife is dull.

I would have seared it a bit longer. Personally I’ll take a millimeter of gray band to have a nice crust, but to have a perfect interior on a 3” steak. Tremendous! 9.8/10!
