I love all wings! Except those ones that are like rubber, those suck.

Looks like you have too many in the pot to truly give that good fried crispiness. Shouldn’t have to bake them for that. I’d eat em but I’m from Buffalo and you said ranch lol. Just kidding. Keep cooking!!!

I usually am a dry rub with dipping sauces kind of guy, but man those wings look immaculate. Perfect color. What sauce is it or is it homemade?
Also wingstop ranch is top tier. I usually buy the big cup of it.

Was with it until u said “ranch from wing stop”, then I proceeded to throw up in my mouth. Still tasted better than ranch…..god concurred.

Grease isn’t hot enough. You need that oil to be shimmering before you drop the wings. And when you drop them, they should start frying on contact. You should hear the oil and see it dancing around the meat.
A good way to test your oil is to take a wooden spoon and stick the handle into the surface of the oil. If it starts bubbling immediately, it’s hot enough.

Look pretty mid to me. Baking after frying to get them crispy also makes no sense to me.
