Aglio e Olio Spaghetti

    Basic aglio e olio:
    evoo, 1-3 tbsp probably more
    2-4 garlic cloves, chopped
    Pinch or 2 of pepper flakes
    1/3 lbs spaghetti
    1-2 tbsp parsley
    1-3 oz parmegiano reggiano
    salt
    pasta water
    toast garlic and pepper flakes in evoo, add small amount of water with pasta and cook it in the same pan so starches incorporate until fully cooked. add chopped parsley and cheese and mix n enjoyyy
