  1. Breakfast: Protein pancakes topped w/ honey and sunflower seeds, blueberry on the side. One errant piece of pork rib leftover from last night. Pourover coffee.

    Lunch: Ezekiel toast with chipotle vegenaise, thin slices of smoked salmon, mini cornichons.

    Afternoon: Took a walk to the village cafe, got an iced americano.

    Dinner: Soy beef with rice, chop suey on the side. Yuzu rosemary sparkling drink.

    What came from weekly batch prep: protein pancakes, soy beef, chop suey. Mango with a dash of shrimp paste.
