Wild weather pulled pork, nice easy recipe, thanks for sharing! I used to have that same thermometer, and while it does the job, I much prefer my new thermometer which is an inkbird. It is an instant read stick thermometer & it also has two wired probes if you want to use them. It really does read instantly; means you can get your lid back on sooner & your not cooking yourself over the fire 🤣 (I love it so much I bought some for presents, it is sooooooo quick! model IHT-2PB)

What I love about King Browns cooking tutorials is how honest they are, there is no bullshit "here's one I prepared earlier" crap.
He shows it all, even when it doesn't go exactly to plan – and that it's okay to make mistakes and that things do go wrong in the real world… because at the end of the day it'll still be a tasty meal.
I hope you aren't like Tafe and charging for the education. It might cost me a bit. And thank you to your contribution to YouTube and unlock a lot of myths around such a simple cooking process.
