    Nice!!

I’ve repaid my kind neighbors with bread too.

Literally just gave my neighbor a loaf last night for plowing the alley 😂

Nice, i do our whole neighborhood, because I enjoy it, and i figure if it saves someone an average of 30 minutes in the cold or means they can spend it with their families it’s a net benefit. Over the past few years, I’ve been the recipient of many wonderful baked goods. The best was a year when I was gifted a rustic loaf of chocolate sourdough with chocolate chunks. I’m not much for a ton of chocolate but this was an amazing loaf.

The only Swedish I know is jag äter bröd which means I eat bread and I’d eat this bread.

Aww, that’s so cool. My mom always baked bread when it snowed. Mmm, fresh warm bread, straight from the oven with lots of butter.

  6. Been doing this for years for my neighbors. I usually try to shovel out the sidewalks around my place but on some of the heavier snowfalls the ones with snow blowers come in clutch. Always reward them with a fresh loaf the next day!

When I first read this I thought he refused to pay you, but brought bread the next day🤣

I’m at the age now where I give baked goods to loved ones and as a “thank you”. And if somebody bakes something for me, I appreciate the fuck out of it too.
