I use way too much of this stuff and it ends up costing way more than I think it should. I want to try and copy the recipe and make larger batches myself (possibly to freeze for following months), but I'm not sure if it's as simple as keeping the % ratios as accurate as I can?

Also confused on the exact ratio of ingredients listed together "Garlic Pureé, Rapeseed Oil, Sugar, Galangal (7%)" <—- this is just guesswork for these ingredients, but combined no greater than 7% total of recipe?
